We have two types of Hybrid Memberships, one for our more mature and experienced youth athletes that mixes General and Sports Performance classes, and our true hybrid that combines personal training with group classes.

To get started, book a “No Sweat Intro” with your prospective personal coach. This is a meet and greet at the gym to make sure your goals are a good fit with our coaching style and gym. We charge a $10 deposit which you’ll get back after the 30 minute consult or that we’ll apply to your membership!

Esther Mendes, Coach

Bachelors of Science in Health & Physical Education
CrossFit Level 2 Certified
Gymnastics Level 1 Certified
Coach Esther is originally from Brazil, but is a true Alaskan at heart and is passionate about helping Alaskans pursue the best versions of themselves through fitness. She has over a decade of experience working with athletes of all abilities and ages. While not at the gym she can be found in the mountains hiking or biking, running half marathons, being overly affectionate to stranger’s dogs, or enjoying a cup of coffee at a local shop.
MIXED Memberships
Mix and match Sports Performance classes with General Strength & Conditioning classes. This is for our more mature youth athletes who have at least 1+ year training experience with us or at another gym.
