SPORTS PERFORMANCE

Sweat collecting for the youth athletes. Our programming is designed in house by our resident Certified Strength & Conditioning specialist, and is built to help our athletes excel at their sports and more bulletproof for life. Every session begins with mobility and a workout specific warm up. We follow periodized strength cycles and love to educate our athletes why we do things and how they can eventually do it on their own.

THE INSANE

This summer we have two training times for our youth athletes:

Monday - Thursday // 1:00 - 2:00pm & 6:15 - 7:15pm

Learn from our coaching staff, all former collegiate athletes now Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists.

We will be testing our high school athletes at the beginning of summer (middle schoolers will not test a 1RM) and be following a periodized strength program to optimize the amount of progress that can be made in the short summer months.

Athletes in our classes learn how to move properly for life, develop all aspects of fitness (speed, strength, endurance, resilience to injury, reaction time, agility, power, ertc.).

And best of all, they get to evolve and chase goals with a community of like-minded peers from different schools and sports.

Our Summer Deal is 44 Sessions at nearly 50% off per session.

Coach Alysa loves helping athletes of all ages and abilities change their lives one drop of sweat at a time. She is a former collegiate coach and professional basketball player with over 12 years of experience as an athlete development coach.

CrossFit Level 2 Certified

Gymnastics Level 1 Certified

Coach Esther is originally from Brazil, but is a true Alaskan at heart and loves helping Alaskans pursue the best versions of themselves through fitness.
