SPORTS PERFORMANCE

Sweat collecting for the youth athletes. Our programming is designed in house by our resident Certified Strength & Conditioning specialist, and is built to help our athletes excel at their sports and more bulletproof for life. Every session begins with mobility and a workout specific warm up. We follow periodized strength cycles and love to educate our athletes why we do things and how they can eventually do it on their own.

*Note: fall sessions will switch to a more strength and mobility emphasis (less conditioning) to accommodate athletes being in their sport seasons.

Coach Alysa loves helping athletes of all ages and abilities change their lives one drop of sweat at a time. She is a former collegiate coach and professional basketball player with over 12 years of experience as an athlete development coach.

CrossFit Level 2 Certified

Gymnastics Level 1 Certified

Coach Esther is originally from Brazil, but is a true Alaskan at heart and loves helping Alaskans pursue the best versions of themselves through fitness.
