Have you been looking for a weight lifting class to boost your strength, mobility, endurance, and agility that isn’t CrossFit or Pilates?
The Sweat Lab is currently offering a class that is specifically designed to improve the aspects of fitness that translate to Pickleball! We’ll be dialing in your mobility, resilience to injury, lateral speed and strength, stamina, agility, single leg strength, and hand eye coordination.
Membership bonuses include entry into our other strength and conditioning classes, access to our Pickleball net post class for self-drilling, free entry into monthly “Labs” aka our workshops that take on a specific part of health or fitness and often include experts from the community.

Coach Alysa loves helping athletes of all ages and abilities change their lives one drop of sweat at a time. She is a former collegiate coach and professional basketball player with over 12 years of experience as an athlete development coach.
