Strength & Conditioning
Sweat collecting for the “general” athlete. Our programming is designed in house by our resident Certified Strength & Conditioning specialist, and is built to make our athletes more bulletproof and badass for life. Every session begins with mobility and a workout specific warm up. We follow periodized strength cycles so that all of your lifts will take off to the next level in less time. And finally, we keep our conditioning interesting, fun, and always results driven.

24/7 open gym access
All memberships have 24/7 open gym access. We also have an “open gym only” membership.
OPEN GYM VS CLASS
Open gym is for athletes who have a good understanding of what to do in the gym. It does not have the guidance of a coach. Contrarily, classes are guided by a coach and structured to optimize every minute of the hour. Due to our class sizes never exceed 12, so you will receive above average amounts of individual coaching.
Why is the 4:00pm Open Gym on the calendar? Because this is a very popular open gym time and kind of like a class but you’ll workout alongside a coach instead of be instructed by them formally.

Coach Alysa loves helping athletes of all ages and abilities change their lives one drop of sweat at a time. She is a former collegiate coach and professional basketball player with over 12 years of experience as an athlete development coach.
